Fall Festival

We are making plans for Fall Festival 2008 and are hoping to include you!

The date for this year’s festival is Saturday, October 11th from 10 am ‘til 4 pm
and Sunday, October 12th from 12 ‘til 4 pm

Fee for the two day show is $45.00. Please include payment with your application.
No refunds after Oct 1st. No refunds will be made in the event of rain. No price exceptions will
be made for one day only.

When filling out your application, please indicate whether you have your own tent, etc. Also,
describe your craft or art, so we have an idea of your specific needs, and where you might best be
located. Indicate the name of your business. We do make signs for
each booth and like to refer to your business or craft in our advertising.
Money collected for booth space is used in advertising, therefore by October 1st we like
to have everything ready for print, etc and don’t want to advertise someone that
may not be able to participate, thus the Oct 1st deadline!

Set up begins on Friday evening, October 5th after 4 pm and must be completed by 10 am on the
day of the festival. We are not responsible for your merchandise or set up equipment. We do
request that you complete set up and move your vehicles to the back parking before opening each
day to provide the maximum parking for customers. Tear down of booths will begin at 4 pm on
Sunday. We discourage early tear down, as it is unfair to the people trying to sell up to 4 pm.
Sometimes vendors like to reduce prices the last hour on Sunday to give customers a break on
price and avoid extra packing!

We will be advertising festival in Entertainment Ft Smith Magazine, the
Southwest Times Record and our newsletter and website, as well as our signs here at the
nursery. We really TALK up the event and hope you will do the same!

Bedford Camera and Video will be back again this year to take pictures in the pumpkin patch.
Bedford’s provides us with beautiful flyers and posters to distribute around town & they pass
them out to their customers as well!

Flyers will be available for you to distribute and can be picked up at our shop.
